Although the weather this summer has been ideal for honey production, last winters heavy losses greatly reduced the amount of hives we had making honey. So it seems once again the demand for our honey will out weigh the supply. Our honey is produced from the various wildflowers that bloom throughout the summer here in the Catskill Mountains. No chemicals, pesticides, or antibiotics are used on our hives, our bees have no access to commercial farm land, and our honey is never heated above 100 degrees. This produces a pure, all natural product that the palate can truly enjoy. Get your orders in early so you don’t miss out. As always, we only charge actual shipping costs, so once your order is placed, we will put it together, weigh it, calculate shipping, and then send you an invoice via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment. If you wish to pay by check or money order we will email you directly with total cost and mailing address.
